   2. 8.2 The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any statutory amendments or re-enactment for the time being in force. The venue of the arbitration shall be Bangalore, Karnataka. The language of the arbitration shall be English. Subject to the above, the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms.

9. AMENDMENTS

   We reserve the right at any time to add, modify, or make changes to the Terms (or any part thereof), at our sole discretion. Any revised Terms will be applicable from the time they are posted on the Website. Please ensure that you review these Terms regularly. You will be deemed to have accepted the changes made to these Terms if you continue to use the Website once the revised Terms have been posted.

10. ASSIGNMENT
